We want all our Glowin’ Within girls to feel comfortable and safe during their experience, which is why we have fun, loving, and youthful volunteers who facilitate different parts of our workshop and support our teens throughout the weekend. 

Over the years, we’ve found that our program attendees have an easier time opening up to people who are closer in age and can relate to their struggles. 

When our teens graduate from Glowin’ Within, they almost always mention that their favorite part of the experience was the friendships they created with both our staff and the other teens. Their transformation is so profound that many of them come back to our workshop the following year to volunteer and be in service to the next round of participants!

Building community is our #1 priority. It’s our goal for every single girl in our workshop to feel seen, heard, and embraced for exactly who they are. With a sisterhood by their side, there’s nothing that our girls can’t do.
