Youth Fit2Lead Workshops
Our in-person workshops are fitness-focused experiential trainings designed to empower our youth in embracing who they are and finding their leader within.

This workshop will empower girls (Ages 13 to 17) to embrace their uniqueness and develop the courage and confidence needed to navigate life’s ups and downs!

This workshop is for kids (Ages 5-12) to discover their superhero qualities, create personal mission statements that reflect their superhero strengths, and—of course–design their own unique superhero capes!
